Shipping
- Daily cutoff for orders is 1pm central for same-day shipping.
- PO, APO - UPS, our primary domestic shipper, does not ship to
PO or APO addresses. Consequently, we will need a physical street
address to process and ship your order. If you absolutely need to ship to
a PO or APO, please contact us for special shipping arrangements.
- Shipping Times - Delivery times are based on business days and
do not include weekends or holidays.
- International Customers - We ship via United States Postal Service
(USPS) Global Priority. Delivery can take up to 4 weeks depending
on the location and local Customs. Please be patient.
Sales Tax
- Missouri Residents - Sales Tax of 6.575% is added to the total
of the product price for orders shipped to Missouri addresses.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Engineered Audio accepts returns or exchanges when you request authorization
for the return within 30 days of the original shipping date.
- All products must be returned with the original packaging including
any warranty cards, manuals, and other items included. Failure
to include all materials may result in additional charges.
- A valid RMA number must be issued by Engineered Audio Sales
and be written clearly on the outside of the return packaging.
Packages without this RMA number will be refused and returned
back to you. Please contact Sales (contact) to request a RMA number.
- RMA numbers are valid for 15 days only.
Additional notes about Returns/Refunds:
- All products must be returned to EA with shipping Pre-Paid.
- Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable for
returns.
- If you receive a defective unit or need warranty service, please
contact EA for instructions on returning your item.
- Your credit card will be credited or an exchange unit sent out
once we receive and inspect the returned product. Depending on
the processing department of your credit card
company, it may take 48-72 hours before credit is posted.
